"Japanese real estate and immigration combined seminar" in Taipei 101 on 24^th & 25^th August 2019

In August 2019, a joint seminar was held in Taipei 101 by CLEARTH LIFE TAIWAN (CLEARTH LIFE Group company) and METROPOLITAN IMMIGRATION CONSULTING GROUP. At the event, we gave lectures to visitors on investment in Japanese real estate properties, the attractiveness of Tokyo central located properties and methods for foreigners emigrate to Japan, as well as their benefits.

Visitors were very interested in real estate in Tokyo and emigration to Japan, and many questions were asked at individualized consultation time after the seminar. The new property we introduced was “CONCIERIA SHIMBASHI <TOKYO PREMIUM>” during the seminar which is located in Minato-ku, an international commercial district that is actively developed in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Minato-ku has been well known to foreigners as a famous international city and high-class residential area. There were also some visitors who seriously considered hearing about the immigration application procedures and purchasing Tokyo real estate on the spot.

Due to popular demand, we decided to have our sales booth in the "Taiwan International Estate Expo – known as TIEE" in Taipei in November 2019. This event is a big real estate exhibition in Taiwan and many real estate investors will visit. CLEARTH LIFE TAIWAN will also host a seminar session.
