We held the "2024 Initiation Ceremony " at Hotel New Otani Tokyo on April 1, 2024,and 9 newly graduated individuals joined us.

Mr. Yuji Oike, our Representative Director and President, gave a speech to encourage them, and one of our senior colleagues also gave a speech to welcome them.

The 9 new colleagues had a look full of expectations for their own professional life.
Although it rained until dawn, the blue sky of spring spread out as if to celebrate their new journey.

They will be assigned to each department after training for about a month.

We hope that they will be more active as members of CLEARTH LIFE Group .
