We held the "2025 Initiation Ceremony" at Hotel New Otani Tokyo on April 1, 2025, and 14 newly graduated individuals joined us.

Mr. Yuji Oike, our Representative Director and President, gave a speech to encourage them, and one of our Sales Department Manager also gave a speech to welcome them.

The 14 new colleagues had a look full of expectations for their own professional life.
Unfortunately, it was a rainy and chilly morning, but their dignified appearance seemed to bring a bright ray of hope for our Group's future prosperity.

They will be assigned to each department after training for about a month.

We hope that they will be more active as members of CLEARTH LIFE Group.
