We held the "2026 Initiation Ceremony" at Hotel New Otani Tokyo on April 1, 2026,and 10 newly graduated individuals joined us.

Mr. Yuji Oike, our Representative Director and President, gave a speech to encourage them, and one of our senior colleagues also gave a speech to welcome them.

The expressions of the 10 new colleagues reflected determination, a sense of nervousness, and strong anticipation for their upcoming professional lives.

Despite the gloomy weather, their earnest gazes and composed demeanor conveyed a sense of reliability, suggesting that they will play a significant role in shaping the future of the CLEARTH LIFE Group.

They will be assigned to each department after training for about two weeks. We hope that they will be more active as members of CLEARTH LIFE Group.
